Under the patronage of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Abdel Razek Desouky, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdel Aal, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs,
On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Naglaa Hosni Al-Ashraf, held a meeting with the faculty members and supporting staff, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Wajida Mohamed Hamad, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, along with the heads of the scientific departments. The meeting aimed to discuss the preparations made to welcome new students and the distribution of individual schedules.
The Dean opened the meeting by reciting "In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful," and congratulated the esteemed council members on the start of the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. She emphasized the importance of reviewing the measures taken by department heads and program coordinators to ensure the smooth commencement of the new academic year. She also stressed the need to ensure the regularity of the educational process in accordance with the announced schedules, to follow up on students during the registration period, and to activate the role of academic advisors effectively.
