Within the framework of the directives of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Abdel Razek Desouky - President of the University on the necessity of maximizing the benefit and investment in human cadres of students, faculty members, assistants and administrators, Prof. Dr. Mahmoud Awida, Dean of the Faculty, held a meeting today, Sunday, for the assistant staff of the Faculty. The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Iman Abdel Fattah, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Graduate Studies, Prof. Dr. Anis Gheit, Vice Dean of the Faculty for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Mr. Mohamed Fathy Najm, Secretary of the Faculty.
After welcoming the attendees, the Dean of the Faculty praised the honorable performance of the assistant staff of the Faculty, which encourages them to request more effort and work in order to raise the name of the Faculty high among its counterparts of governmental, private and private faculties of physical therapy.
His Excellency pointed out that the labor market is no longer available to everyone, but has become available to graduates who make more efforts to learn about everything new, in addition to refining their skills and developing their capabilities, explaining the responsibility that this reality places on the auxiliary body in delivering theoretical and practical information using modern teaching methods.
His Excellency also confirmed that the college administration supports the auxiliary body in an unquestionable way to complete their academic education, which has a greater impact on the college and its educational process.
In a related context, His Excellency warned that the college administration's keenness on the rights of the auxiliary body goes hand in hand with its emphasis on their duties, and since there will be no leniency in rights, there will be no leniency in duties.
His Excellency also assigned some of the auxiliary body to follow up on the implementation of the assignments, tasks and burdens issued by the college administration to their colleagues and to submit performance reports on the rate of implementation of those assignments
