What is InnovEgypt?
InnovationEgypt is a unique university program in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship for university students in the fields of ICT that aspire to be creative and entrepreneurs in the future either by setting their initial steps in the field of creativity or by demonstrating the skills required largely from local and multinational companies .

 

Program overview:
InnovEgypt is a program consisting of 3 main modules:
· Innovation and Technology Management: a two-day interactive course on the basics of innovation management and technology
· Creative Thinking Camp: A two-day learning period where students learn how to use different techniques to generate creative business ideas based on real challenges.
· Entrepreneurship: a two-day course covering the basic concepts of entrepreneurship and providing detailed training on the basic tools that potential entrepreneurs require to start their new business.
 
Overall Objective:
InnovEgypt aims to create an Egyptian base of qualified talent from creative and entrepreneurs by offering comprehensive training on innovation and technology management and on entrepreneurship for students based on best practices and lessons learned. The main objectives of the program are four:
· Provide basic knowledge about the management of innovation and technology.
· Enable students to create creative ideas that address actual challenges using systematic techniques.
• Learn how to protect creativity through intellectual property rights and related subjects such as copyright, patents, trademarks and intellectual property exchange.
· Develop entrepreneurial skills by introducing basic concepts of entrepreneurship and applying interactive learning to use basic tools required to start new businesses and projects.
