Within the country context of taking care of Scientific Research & stressing on importance of supporting collaborative agreement and international relation between Egypt and foreign countries in the field of Higher Education , Sciences & Technology , Kafrelsheikh University Council on its monthly meeting (meeting held on 31/7/2017) and headed by H.E. Prof. Dr. Maged Elkemary the university president,  have approved on several collaborative agreements with several foreign  & international universities  considering the importance of getting benefits from those who have expertise in the field of science, research and technology , in addition to increase participation and collaboration in research projects which help in sustainable Development of the country .

In this frame,   several collaborative agreements with several foreign  & international universities  have been signed  with kafrelsheikh university , among those Russia , Spain , Italy , Japan,  China, Romania,  Slovakia, Boland, Bella Russia , Uganda, Germany , Bulgaria, Borages, Pakistan, United Arab Emirates , Nigeria,  United Kingdom, AlMagr, Austria , Bulgaria , Greece.
