Dean's Word

My sons and daughters: the students of our dear college, the College of Engineering.

      As we welcome a new academic year, I am pleased to welcome you to this lofty engineering edifice. The college is pleased to welcome in this academic year new, distinguished students, and we are trying our best to be the nucleus of the renaissance of our beloved Egypt.

In line with the college’s mission, the college has always been keen to achieve maximum compatibility between graduates’ skills and labor market requirements by: developing study plans for college programs, developing laboratories and engineering workshops, developing graduation projects, encouraging innovation and creative thinking, and achieving local academic accreditation requirements and standards. In teaching and scientific research in theory and practice in all its departments.

The college seeks to achieve the goals of distinguished university education and the continuous development and modernization of educational programs that serve industrial progress in various fields at the local, regional and international levels, in addition to the active contribution to the national projects that Egypt is currently witnessing.

In this context, the college is seeking this year to establish three new specialized study programs with a credit-hour system to grant a Bachelor of Engineering degree, namely, the Artificial Intelligence Systems Engineering Program, the Building and Construction Engineering Program, and the New Sustainable Energy Engineering Program.

The college supports student activities in various cultural, artistic, sports, social, mobile, public service, care for outstanding students, and supports student initiatives that serve students.

We invite all male and female students to participate in these various activities. The college contributes to serving the community and the surrounding environment and pays attention to small industries and entrepreneurship, which has a positive impact on the college, university and society.

Finally, I wish you more success and more seriousness and perseverance to achieve success and to continue research, innovation and innovation to achieve a bright future.
