General rules:

 - Registration and educational services fees are paid when registration begins.

 - The College Council determines the various fees for the registration process (new registration, credit hour, repeat course, registration as a listener, withdrawal, late registration, incomplete course).

 - The student does not receive the graduation certificate and papers indicating that he has obtained the degree until after paying all the late tuition fees.

 - The student must notify the college administration when the address of his residence is changed.

Note:

The value of academic fees varies from one student to another according to the total number of credit hours the student has registered for.
