The student must have a bachelor's degree in engineering in the specialization branch or in the corresponding disciplines in the faculties and other institutes of an Egyptian university or equivalent degree from considerable university according to the Supreme Council of Universities and at a cumulative average of the grade points of at least 2.0(a general rating of at least "good" in the case of the study system with two semesters
