·        Research and Consultancy Engineering Center, College of Engineering - University of Kafrelsheikh - is a unit of a private nature, his independence, technical, financial, administrative and origin in accordance with the approval of the Supreme Council of Universities.

·        The center was established after the decision of professor doctor minister of higher education to serve the university and the surrounding environment as well as benefiting from the energies and experiences of teaching staff members and from the technical possibilities available for faculty of engineering at Kafrelsheikh University. The center may be considered a think tank before the various courts and prosecutions especially those at kafrelsheikh, as well as city council, governorate and other governmental entities.
