عُقدت الورشة التدريبية السادسة بعنوان: "تصميم المبادرات التوعوية"، وذلك ضمن الحزمة التدريبية الأولى لنشر ثقافة الجودة لطلاب كلية التربية.

 

قدّمت الورشة د/ فريدة رمضان، المدرس بقسم التربية المقارنة والإدارة التعليمية، يوم الأحد الموافق 7/9/2025 بقاعة السمينار بالدور الأرضي في تمام الساعة الثانية عشرة والنصف ظهرًا.

وتناولت الورشة التعريف بالمبادرات التوعوية بشكل عام والمبادرات الطلابية من حيث المفهوم والأهداف والأهمية والتصنيف بشكل خاص

بالإضافة إلى عرض خطوات تصميم المبادرات التوعوية بدءًا من مرحلة الإعداد، مرورًا بالتنفيذ، وصولًا إلى التقييم والتطوير.

 

وقد تميزت الورشة بمناقشات بنّاءة ومشاركة فاعلة من الطلاب، بما يعكس حرص الكلية على تمكينهم من مهارات تصميم وتنفيذ المبادرات التي تساهم في تعزيز ثقافة الجودة وتطوير البيئة التعليمية.

 

Under the patronage of Prof. Mahmoud Ibrahim Abdel-Aziz, Dean of the Faculty,

and the supervision of Prof.  Iman Rabie, Executive Director of the Quality Assurance Unit,

with the follow-up of Dr. Om Al-Saad Hatata, Deputy Director of the Unit,

and the organization of Dr. Shaimaa El-Haddad, Head of the Training Committee, the sixth training workshop entitled “Designing Awareness Initiatives” was held as part of the first training package aimed at promoting the culture of quality among the students of the Faculty of Education.

 

The workshop was delivered by Dr. Farida Ramadan, Lecturer in the Department of Comparative Education and Educational Administration, on Sunday, 7 September 2025, in the Seminar Hall on the ground floor at 12:30 p.m.

 

The workshop addressed awareness initiatives in general and student initiatives in particular, focusing on their concept, objectives, significance, and classification. It also presented the steps of designing awareness initiatives, starting from the preparation stage, moving through implementation, and concluding with evaluation and development.

 

The workshop was distinguished by constructive discussions and active student participation, reflecting the Faculty’s commitment to equipping students with the skills necessary to design and implement initiatives that contribute to promoting a culture of quality and improving the educational environment.
