- The student must have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in the specialization branch with a general grade of no less than good in the case of the two-semester system of study.

- The student must pass any preliminary exams as a requirement for the program

- The student should not have been subjected to a disciplinary decision by any scientific institution in accordance with the Universities Organizing Law and the Executive Regulations
