The central management of missions announces about opening the door for scholarships from Japanese Government (MONBUKAGAKUSHO (to do researchers for Doctorate for 2016

The period of scholarship: ranging from year and half to two years since April or October 2016 and it also includes six months to study language and it will be extended for those who will be accepted for Doctorate according to the budget of MONBUKAGAKUSHO and academic excellence.

The fields of study:

1)      Computer systems and microelectronics

2)      Space research, remote sensing and space sciences

3)      shipbuilding, ports and fisheries

4)      roads and bridges engineering

5)      surgery of liver, endoscopic and digestive system

6)      sciences of earthquakes and volcanoes

7)      They can specialize some scholarships for theoretical faculties as well as practical faculties.

·         Note:

(Scholars in the specialisms of pharmacy, medicine and dentistry) will not be able to practice medical training and surgeries in operations before they obtain permission from the Ministry of Health in accordance with the laws of Japan.

·         The terms:

 

1)      The applicant should not exceed 34 years old on April1, 2015

2)      The applicant should get Bachelor degree or its equivalent

3)      The applicant should have full knowledge in English or well versed in Japanese language (the second level at least) for those wishing to study linguistics of Japanese language (Japanese literature or Japanese history)

4)      The applicant should get very good or excellent in all subjects during the university years.

 

·         The general management of missions requires in candidates of English scholarships:

1)      Master’s Degree

2)      The candidate should be assistant lecturer in one of governmental universities or its counterpart in research centers

3)      The candidate should be registered for PHD and it is required not to pass more than three years for registration

4)      Providing accredited research proposal for specialism of study

5)      It is required not to pass two years on the date of appointment in the sending authority

The scholar should apply application form and nomination letter to the general management of missions temporarily until passing the tests of scholarship so that he/she can be treated as the holders of scholarships from the state financially in case of terms of missions apply for him/her.
