Department of Cultural Relations receives the book of Secretary General of Egyptian National Committee for Education, Science and Culture including the letter of assistant general director of foreign relations and media about announcement of beginning of applying to nominate for 20 scholarships of UNESCO "Keizo Ooptcy" in cooperation with Japan Government in the field of researches of global development in many fields.
