The secretariat of the supreme council of universities receives the letter of central management for cultural cooperation in the ministry of higher education about the desire of Veliko Tirnovo University in recruiting Arabic Language Teacher in the second term of the academic year 2013/2014, but the applicant should one of staff members in one Egyptian universities to teach Arabic Language.

He /she should be conversant in Bulgarian or English with the beginning of the study in the academic year 2014/2014. It is noted that the students have never been studied Arabic.

As well, the university will provide residence and salaries for teachers according to international agreements and Bulgarian laws taking into account qualifications and scientific degree.
