Kafrelsheikh University Council reviews on 27 January 2014, under the authority of the President Prof Dr Maged el Kemary, scientific cooperation contract between Kafrelsheikh University and the Faculty of Textiles, Leather and Industrial management, Technical George Isai University in Romania which aims to:

1)      Dispatch of 2-3 staff members annually for 1-2 weeks to discourse lectures and attend conference and scientific seminars organized in the other country which costs travel expenses and the receiver side will cost accommodation expenses and internal transport.

2)      The exchange of experiences and mutual work between the two sides in the field of information, scientific research and topics of mutual interest.

3)       The exchange of the visit of officials from both sides to consult regarding the curriculum and teaching methods.

4)      The acceptance of limited number of doctorate students registered in both universities through the channel or internal system for mission to enhance their study in universities equally as well as the minister of higher education in both countries is responsible for paying the cost of living and travel expenses for students and supervisors through mutual supervision channels system.
