The secretariat of the supreme council of universities receives the book of the vice assistant minister of foreign affairs of affairs of scientific research, technology and communication in universities and research centers which indicates that the management of institute of natural resources, environment and sustainable development in Harcourt University, Nigeria announces about providing eight scholarships of African nationalities to study in institute to get Master's Degree in the field of natural resources and environment management by finance from technical cooperation fund subordinate to the Nigerian ministry of  foreign affairs and under the supervision of African Development Bank.

The study will begin in November 2014 for a year and the last day for receiving the application forms on 31 August 2014 as well as they will choose who is admitted to this scholarship until 15 September 2014.
