The Application of Expatriates in Post-graduation Stage in Governmental Universities for 2014/2015

Post-graduation stage: application through electronic website, free service

1)      The application is from 1/7/2014 until the end of March 2015 for Diploma and Master's Degree and until the end of this academic year for Doctorate on website of cultural affairs and missions sector in the ministry of higher education by clicking the link of application form and loading it with copy of passport on website, taking into account the codification of full name so that it is identical to other documents, so the ministry can take procedures about the final approval of acceptance.

2)       The student should apply all papers to the faculty or university in which he/she wants to register initially on website (as in procedure of item No 1) and the university will send papers to general management of expatriates acceptance in the ministry of higher education to take the necessary procedures in preparation for the issuance of final approval of acceptance.

·         For equivalent certificate, it should be ratified from Egyptian embassy in the country where the student gets certificate or from state embassy where the student gets certificate in Egypt.

·         It is insignificant to accept any expatriate in any university or institute except after the issuance of final approval of acceptance from the part of ministry.
