Executive committee of missions, under the authority of the ministry of higher education, has accredited on Monday 18/8/2014 the results of missions of the second year of the Seventh Five Year Plan 2012/2017 by the two systems of specialization and competitive to meet the needs of universities and research centers.

The executive committee agrees the following:

1)      The date 31/12/2015 is the last day to execute plan.

2)      The door of grievances will be opened from 21/8/2014 until 28/8/2014 and the application is electronically on website of cultural affairs and missions sector.

3)      The nomination will be accepted after:

·         Fulfilling papers and required documents by general management of missions

·         Confirming academic booking by the head of educational mission in state of dispatch and approving tuition fees and required research tuition.

·         Fulfilling travel procedures determined by missions.

·         Fulfilling the linguistic level required by missions and the head of educational mission in state of dispatch as a term for travel to execute this mission

·         The presence of candidate for course in Institute of Leadership Development determined in coordination with general management of missions.

·         The candidate will be on his/her job in the time of implementation of the mission.
