·         The Scientific Visits:

The scientific visit is to dispatch faculty members to visit scientific organizations, universities, scientific researches center and scientific institutes for short time not more than two months according to invitation from the research authorities to do research studies or discoursing lectures or discussing researches and results of scientific projects which have been applied or attending preliminary meetings for agreements or meetings of international scientific unions to raise the scientific and practical efficiency and to achieve the practical application for researches and research studies which contribute to advance in the applied research process in all specialisms as scientific research center.

·         The rules of dispatch in scientific visit:

1)       Invitation from the university or scientific research explaining the reason of visit and duration

2)      The visit should not exceed two months and more than two months, it applies the rules of scientific mission

3)       The travel will be at the expense of the inviting authority without incurring any university or faculty any expenses.

4)      The number of delegates in scientific visits should not exceed more than one member from one department in the faculty

5)      The staff members should not delegate any person to do his job outside the faculty in the case of scientific visit.

6)      The member should claim any university or faculty with any expenses resulting from the participation in conferences or otherwise.

7)      The member should provide detailed report about visit results and how to apply practically to be reviewed over post-graduation studies council to search the ways of actual application and take advantage of them.
