The head of cultural affairs and missions sector Prof Dr Samir Hamza mentions the necessary of interest of the Seventh Five-Year Mission 2012/2017 and the committee recommends the supreme council of universities that the missions have to be half competitive and half of them will be reviewed over universities for the needs of universities of different specialisms and putting special rules for choosing the delegate students; the nominations will be signed from the dean and the vice president for post-graduation studies and research to achieve the maximum benefit from this plan and improve the educational and research process.

As well, the cultural relations committee recommends the council about the needs of Misurata University and the Libyan Universities for staff members in different specialisms who want to discourse in Libyan Universities as the committee recommends that they should write to universities to fulfill the secretariat of council by the lists of faculty members who want to discourse in Libyan Universities; taking into account that there will not be mandate from inside or outside the faculty according to Kafrelsheikh University Council resolution in this matter.
