Post-graduation studies council No (70) decides 15
August 2012 the financial controls about the presence of staff members for
internal and external conferences in the faculties as follows:

The faculty
will bear the value of participation in external conference and back and forth
tickets no more than:
1)
8000 pounds for
American countries and South East Asia
2)
6000 pounds for European countries
3)
3000 pounds for
Arab countries
·
No more than
two members will participate in the same external conference
·
Contribution
will be paid only for staff members and assistant staff who has accepted or
hanging researches.
·
The priority to
whom never involved before
·
The priority to
the oldest then the latest return from the previous conference
·
The
contribution is paid once in the fiscal year
·
This
contribution is paid as advance to be repaid after return in the case of
providing conference certificate and report about conference
·
In the case of
internal conference, the faculty bears the cost of conference in the case that
he/she provides what approves the approval of research for recitation and in
the case of mutual research, one member will be represented to be paid
contribution no more than 1000 pounds paid as advance to be repaid after return
