During the first environmental week for the academic year 2011/2012 and with the ministry of state for the affairs of environment under the authority of the minster of state for the environment affairs and the president Prof Dr Maged Abed el Tawab el Kemary, the university gets the first place among the faculties of university.

It gets the following places in many fields:

First, the field of Painting:

The student Gasmen Jalah gets the first place.

The student Sara Mohamed el el Aesy gets the third place.

Second, the field of Sculptures:

 The student Sara Mohamed el Aesy gets the second place.

Third, graphic and photography field:

The student Sara Mohamed el Aesy gets the third place.

Fourth, the statue cimpetition

The student Adel Mohamed Hamid gets the third place.
