The faculty announces about cultural competition in the fields of (poetry, zajal, short story, article and plays).

The terms:

1)    The age of competitor should be from 18 until 30 years for youth centers members.

2)    The age of competitor should be from 18 until 25 for university students.

3)    The participation in only one field.

4)    The participation with a work not published before.

The fields of competition:

·         In the field of article: (about the Holy family's trip in Egypt) not more than ten papers.

·         In the field of poetry: (Egypt in the eyes of youth) not more than 20 verse.

·         In the field of zajal: (Sheedy Hilk ya Balad" not more than 20 verse.

·         In the field of short story: (about the struggle of Egyptian People) not more than five pages.

·         In the field of plays: (play with one chapter about 25January revolution) not less than ten pages and not more than 30 pages. They should theater building, event integration and personality.

The competition appointments:

·         Youth directorates will collect cultural works and choose the best 10 works (5 fields); 50 works for every directorate through committee from specialists of culture palaces and send it to the ministry of state for youth affairs until 31/3/2013.

·         Egyptian universities will collect cultural works and choose the best ten works (5 fields); 50 works for every university and send them for the ministry of state for youth affairs until 31/3/2013.

·         The works will be presented to judgment committee to choose the best ten works in every field.

·         Workshops for youth was held for the best ten works in every field to be discussed in their works with judgment committees to be ordered in every field  of five fields.

Prizes:

1)    The first prize: 1000/ 5 field = 5000 pounds.

2)    The second prize: 900/ 5 fields = 4500 pounds.

3)    The third prize: 800/ 5 fields = 4000 pounds.

4)    The fourth prize: 700/ 5 fields = 3500 pounds.

5)    The fifth prize: 600/ 5 fields = 3000 pounds.

6)    The sixth prize: 500/ 5 fields = 2500 pounds.

7)    The seventh prize: 400/ 5 fields = 2000 pounds.

8)    The eighth prize: 300/ 5 fields = 1500 pounds.

9)    The ninth prize:  200/ 5 fields = 1000 pounds.

10)  The tenth prize: 100/ 5 fields = 500 pounds.
