The first conference will be held for higher education development center entitled “Excellence in Academic Performance: its philosophy, mechanisms and standards” on 10-11/2/2013. The participation is through research paper or paper work about experiments and mechanisms of excellence in higher education.

·         200 Dollar for foreign participants.
