3. Computerized birth certificate + (two copies).
 
4. Approval from the employer.
 
5. Five personal photos.
 
6. Plastic envelope.
 
7. Military service status.
 
8. National ID card copy.
 
9. Certificate of good conduct.
 
10. Successful completion of the personal interview.
 
11. Master's degree certificate.
