European Union specifies programs and opportunities for students and staff   through Erasmus mundus Program in all levels of higher education (before graduation, Master's Degree, Doctorate and short missions for staff members through the following links:

Within the modernization of European Union policies in programs of the development of higher education and support of individual mobility, this program will begin in the beginning of 2014 to include all programs of higher education.
