Cultural Relations Committee Recommendations

Cultural relations committee recommendations in the supreme council of universities relating to missions:

·         Prof Dr Samir Hamza, the manager of cultural affairs and missions sector, indicates that it is important to care for seven five-plan for missions 2012/2017and another announcement will be soon. Moreover, cultural relations committee in the supreme council of universities recommends that half of missions is competitive and the other half is presented to universities to know university needs of different specialisms and put special rules for envoys as well as these nominations should be signed from the dean and the vice president for postgraduate studies and research to achieve the best benefit from this plan and improve the educational and research process.

·         On the other hand, cultural relations committee also recommends that Misurata University and Libyan universities need staff in different specialisms as it recommends writing for universities to provide the council municipality with the lists of faculty members taking into account that there will not be any mandate inside or outside faculty according to university council resolution in this matter.
