Registration fees shall be paid at the beginning of each stage, as well as registration fees for each accredited academic hour at any stage of study. Fees shall also be paid for discussing master's and Ph.D. letters, as well as for applying for the comprehensive examination. All fees prescribed annually shall be determined with the approval of the University's Higher Studies Council.
