3)      Dr el Saeed el Saeed Baidair, the assistant professor of Comparative Education and Educational Management (supervisor and discussant)

The research topic:

“Organizational Development of General Secondary School in Egypt in the Light of Strategic Management Approach”

Under the supervision of:
