Ø  Mechanism for obtaining a graduate certificate or registration certificate:

Registration certificate:

The student obtains it after reviewing the student's data from the lists and records of students for the academic year in which they are enrolled.

Graduate certificate:

The student applies for the certificate after the exam results are approved by the university council. The certificate fees are paid and the student receives it after their results are reviewed by the Higher Studies Affairs Department at the college, within a week of requesting the certificate.

 

Ø  Mechanism for attesting the required certificate for travel abroad:

It is done after the certificate is attested by the Graduate Studies Department at the university.

 

Ø  Mechanism for verifying the authenticity of certificates issued by the university:

The authenticity of the certificate is verified by the college's control sheet and then by the Graduate Studies Department at the university.
