The college council may authorize a student whose eligibility to obtain the degree has not been determined in Resubmitting the thesis after completing the deficiencies in it, or submitting another thesis that will be discussed by the previous judging committee, and the report will be presented with the thesis after introducing the amendments approved by the committee to the College Council to recommend granting the degree.
