You'll need to supply the following documents for a PhD application:

·         Bachelor's certificate.

·         The academic transcript for the undergraduate level.

·         Master's certificate.

·         The academic transcript of master degree.

·         Birth certificate.

·         Males' attitude towards conscription.

·         The approval of the employer (if the student is working).

·         Five personal photos.
