Mechanisms for transferring students from non-Egyptian universities to Egyptian Higher Education Institutions:

1-the student submits the following papers: grades statement - scientific content - original High School Certificate - Passport copy.

2-the scientific clearing of the study subjects passed by the student abroad is carried out.

3-the student pays the registration service fees in addition to the transfer service fees from abroad.

4-up to 50% of the main study hours can be transferred with a maximum of the study plan.

5-students of medical faculties registered for study in the first and second years, as well as students who have not finished the third year, will be enrolled in study from the beginning of the first academic year as a freshman.

6 - Students of medical faculties who have passed the third, fourth or fifth year, will enroll in study from the beginning of the third year.

7-in the event that students transferred from universities in areas of political conflict are unable to submit original documents or notarized copies of their documents, all they have to do is attach a letter approved by the Ministry of higher education of their country or from their embassy in the Arab Republic of Egypt stating the validity of the data contained in the documents submitted by them, without the need to perform an academic level assessment test.
