The participant, at any moment or for any reason, may cancel his/her participation in the conference by Addressing a registered mail to the Organizer, However you should keep in mind that In case of cancellation, The item fees are due as follows:

- Before 120 days       DUE  60  % of fees  - Before  90  days      DUE  50  % of fees

- Before 60   days                        DUE    40 % of fees - Before 30   days      DUE      0 % of fees

 Please be noted that your absence to attending the event due to any reason is not responsibility of the organizing company therefore you did not have the right to claim the registration fees after the event.
