Scholarships within the Executive Program Signed between Arab Republic of Egypt and Finland

Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector announces about providing Finland Government (CIMO center) for 10 scholarships to do pre-doctoral researches (collect the scientific subject necessary for Doctorate) for the academic year 2016/2017

The purpose of this scholarship is: conducting pre-doctoral researches (collecting scientific subject for Doctorate)

The fields of Scholarship: different fields

The languages of study: English or Finnish and Swedish

From 3 to 9 months

The financial terms of scholarships:

1500 euros a month

The member bears the cost of health insurance

The recipients of these scholarships will be treated financially as the member of mission on the expenses of missions.

 

The terms:

1)      The applicant should be Egyptian

2)      The period of service should not be less than two years and the applicant should work as assistant lecturer or assistant lecturer in governmental universities and research centers

3)      The applicant should be fluent in English spoken and written

4)      The applicant should register for Doctorate in Home

 

The required documents:

1)      Signed nomination form

2)      Copy of the last qualification the applicant get translated from “official party”

3)      CV in Arabic and English accompanied by case statement from the employer

4)      Accredited study plan in English and nomination letter from the sending authority in Arabic

5)      Detailed abstract about the history of scientific life and detailed explanation about the goal for getting scholarship in English

6)      List of what is published of researches, if any

7)      Local TOEFL certificate (500 degrees) from Amid east

8)      Invitation from foreign supervisor in Finland accompanied by timetable

The last day for applicant is on Friday 15/1/2016

The way of application:
