Kafrelsheikh University council No (124) from Thursday 27/8/2015 to Monday 31/8/2015 whose minute accredited from the president on Monday 31/8/2015 agrees on the protocols of cooperation between Kafrelsheikh University and Renaissance University to establish special center to exploit black sands as the center of Renaissance University for the care of inventors from the specialized centers in the field of care of scientific researches and its economic applications as Kafrelsheikh University is one of modern universities interested in scientific researches and technological studies due to the excellence of Kafrelsheikh province with its rich coastline with black sand which drew the attention of all scientists and specialists for its scientific and economic importance and rich source of precious metals.
