Instructions on the request for contribution of professors and researchers traveling abroad to attend conferences or scientific workshops or seminars represents in the following:

First, before travel:

Provide us with a formal speech before traveling accompanied by a copy of the travel decision.

Second, after travel:

1)      Sending the first page of passport as well as departure seal + back seal from Cairo Airport

2)      Report in Arabic about conference

3)      The period of delivering papers after travel should not exceed month from the date of return so that he can ask for his right in the contribution

Third, the conferences organized inside Arab Republic of Egypt:

Provide us with an official letter (attached with detailed bulletin and the names of participants of Egyptians or Arabs or foreigners)
