Post-graduation studies council No (104) agrees on June 21, 2015 under the authority of the vice president for post-graduation studies and research according to the approval of the council of the Faculty of Specific Education on May 13, 2015 to held the fifth international conference SMARTEX 2015 held on 23-25 November 2015 within understanding memorandum between Kafrelsheikh University and POLYTECHNIC University in Ivanov, Russia.
