The secretariat of the supreme council of universities receives the book of the vice Assistant Foreign Minister of affairs of scientific research, technology, universities contact and research centers on the request of Arab Republic of Egypt embassy, Beirut, to contribute in cooperation project organized by Francophone Universities on number of key topics such as "health, sources of renewable energy, water management, natural resources and crisis management" as this project aims to create cooperation among the members of International Agency of Francophonie, enhance possibilities of research and innovative training and look forward to present drafts for only projects.
