Based on the success of the first scientific conference held on 21-23/9/2013 and cemented the importance of scientific research as an essential means for decent progress of state by its history and civilization; and depending on the achievements and outstanding scientific relations which have been emerged among researchers in the Faculty of Science, Azhar University in Assuit as well as a lot of researchers in Egyptian, Arab and international universities, the work is launched on holding the second international conference of new horizons in basic and applied sciences on 1-6/8/2015.

As well, it is noted in the preparation of the second international conference that 43 international lecturers are invited and the organizing committee has been expanded to include the best elements of faculties and different research centers and as well, the themes of conference has evolved to include more specialized seminars in basic sciences.
