The ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development announces about opening the door of application for scholarship program "Eiffel for Excellence"  as this program looks at priority research areas and stimulate applications from students of emerging countries  for studying Master's Degree and Doctorate in the priority research areas as science, engineering and accurate sciences as mathematics, physics, chemistry, life sciences and biotechnology "Nano", earth science, universe, environment, information and communication technology, economy and management, law and political sciences.
