International institute for Education Planning, UNESCO, announces about the invitation for participation in specialist training course in the field of educational planning and management organized by the institute in Paris, France from 13 April to 5 June 2015.

This institute presents limited number of scholarships for participants through session, for every program has specialist. The selection committee in the institute will choose candidate on the basis of efficiency and empowerment of women.
