The
executive committee of missions, under the authority of the minister of higher
education, has accredited the result of missions plan for the second year
2013/2014 of the seventh Five-Year Plan 2012/2017 by two systems of
specialization and competitive system. 13 lecturers for scientific missions, 2 assistant
lecturers for external mission and 5 assistant lectures for mutual supervision
