To facilitate for the applicants on the
announcement about missions plan for the second year 2013/2014 of the Seventh
Five Year Plan 2017/2012 by specialization and competitive systems, the
minister of higher education agrees to extend the period of application for
missions plan announcement until 3/4/2014.
