The President Prof Dr Maged el Kemary and the vice president for postgraduate studies and research Prof Dr el Saied Hegazi receive Prof Dr Freeh Owaid el Anzi, the chairman of cultural office in Embassy of Kuwait in Cairo to identify educational potentials and research preparations in the university.

As well, the delegation visits the faculties of Medicine, Engineering, Commerce and Arts and University Hospital as well as the laboratories of the Faculty of Science (Nanotechnology Lab, Nuclear physics lab and New and Renewable Energy Lab). Prof Dr Freeh Owaid expresses his admiration of Kafrelsheikh University as it emulates World Universities in terms of capabilities and promotes cultural and scientific relations between Kuwait and Kafr El-Sheikh University.
