The minister announces about missions plan for the second year 2013/2014 of Seventh Five Year Plan 2012/2017 by competitive and specialization systems to meet the needs of universities and research centers.

The applicant should present his/her papers electronically from 26/1/2014 until 25/2/204, then these papers should be handed to general management for missions from 1/2/2014 until 25/2/2014 from 10 am until 3 pm.
