The central mission management announces through the website www.mohe-casm.edu.eg  that the door to apply for the collection of scientific subject for getting PHD abroad (3-6 months) is opened. The terms, details and papers are available in the website. Besides, he/she should present all papers to the central mission management (7 Ibrahim Abu el Naga Street, the extension of Abbas el Akkad, embassies quarter, Nasr city behind Enppi Petrol Company).

The terms:

1)   The applicant should be an assistant lecturer or assistant researcher in any authority in the plan.

2)   The applicant should be registering PHD in home.

3)   The applicant should not be more than 35 years old.

4)   The applicant should get 500 degrees in TOEFL (equal: 61 degrees IBT), (505 degree IELTS) and adhere to the linguistic level for every country (the validity of certificate is two years from exam).

5)   ICDL certificate.

6)   The applicant should not get dispatch, scholarship or scientific mission before for the collection of scientific subject or training.

The paperwork for missions for the collection of scientific subject for PHD abroad:

1)   An accredited certificate of the first university degree and the general assessment in graduation in English.

2)   The certificate of assessments in all subjects in all years and the general assessment in every year in English.

3)   An accredited Master’s degree certificate or what is equal in English.

4)   A report contains the date of PHD registration.

5)   A copy of ID card.

6)   The certificate of linguistic level (the validity of certificate is two years since the exam).

7)   ICDL certificate.

8)   A sanction proves that he/she does not have mission for the collection of scientific subject.

9)   A Study plan project for the collection of scientific subject accredited in English, specified and detailed according to the instructions.

10) The approval of two supervisors from two different countries for the research plan with the scientific level for supervisor and the academic order and the university and the scientific committee have the right to do preference between them.

11)   The approval of the employer for these missions (the dean or what is equivalent).

12)    Data form accredited in Arabic and English.

13)   The names of three different professors and the ways of communication with them.

14)    A certificate proves that the study in preparatory and secondary is four years for every stage (for the applicants of Azhar University).
