5)    The follow-up of the changes of PHD topics that the researchers present and the modification of Egyptian and foreign supervision committees.

 

6)    They should take procedures that lead to the issuance of ministerial decisions special for the travel of professors (supervisors) to follow up the members of mutual supervision missions abroad.

 

 

7)    They should get security approval from the general management of survey and information about traveling the supervisors or bringing them and traveling the learners.

 

8)    They should take procedures that lead to the issuance of ministerial decisions to bring foreign supervisors to visit the university according to the mutual supervision system.

 

 

9)    The follow-up of study by the scientific reports that Egyptian professors and foreign professors present about the achievement of learners for mutual supervision missions abroad and the foreign professors’ reports about the achievement of learners for foreign mission, the presentation of it over post graduation studies and research council to observe it and overcome any problems and difficulties that may face the learner and the notification of the general management for missions about the opinion of the university.

 

 

 

10)   They should take the procedures of extension of missions after the fourth year and what follows of procedures of the approval of post graduation studies and research council and the presentation over the university council and the notification of general management for missions about the opinion of the university.
