Department Objectives


 The Art Education Program aims to:

  1. Prepare qualified Art Education teachers for all stages and types of pre-university education, while developing competent artistic professionals in the fields of art education and community development programs to meet the educational and societal needs of the labor market.
  2. Prepare graduates who possess the artistic and technical competencies required to produce creative works that support the labor market and contribute to economic and sustainable development.
  3. Develop graduates with strong teamwork and collaboration skills, equipped with scientific and technical knowledge, and capable of effectively utilizing information and communication technologies.
  4. Conduct scientific and field research in the areas of Art Education and art appreciation, contribute to the advancement of the visual arts and art education, and participate in developing future visions and policies for teacher preparation and continuous professional development.
  5. Serve as a center of expertise for small-scale enterprises by providing specialized artistic consultation to governmental bodies and civil society organizations, while strengthening cooperation with local, regional, and international institutions concerned with art education and culture to support the advancement of Art Education and community development.
