Today, Thursday, 24/11/2022, under the patronage of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, and Prof. Dr. Mohammed Abd El-Aal, Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs, “Students for Egypt Family” organizes an introductory meeting at the Faculty of Medicine, in the presence of the deans of the faculties; Prof. Dr. Taha Ismail, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine; Prof. Dr. Rushdy El-Adawy, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture for Postgraduate Studies and Research - General Coordinator of Student Activities at the University; Dr. Ali Sabry, Secretary General of the University, and a number of staff members and coordinators of the Students for Egypt family at the university.
The President of Kafrelsheikh University, Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, calls on the students to participate seriously in the elections of the unions within the framework of the full freedom available to them to choose their representatives among the students, demanding that no political, religious, or partisan slogans will be used during the electoral campaign, and that the main criterion for selection is serving student innovated activities in Egyptian universities.
Dr. Desouky explains that student unions have played an important role in students' lives over the past decades, pointing out that student elections are not limited to serving students only, but are "the place which principles and ideas are instilled," praising the Students for Egypt family at the level of Egyptian universities and their distinguished activities.
Prof. Dr. Rushdy El-Adawy, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture for Postgraduate Studies and Research - General Coordinator of Student Activities at the University, welcomes the attendance and thanks the university administration represented by Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky, President of the University, and the student cadres who made a great effort during the family’s work during the previous period, and said that the family of students for Egypt is a moderate student entity whose goal is to seek to increase the base for the practice of university activities and to confront any attempts to deviate from the normal course.
Dr. Ahmed Darrag, coordinator of the Students for Egypt family, confirms that the family aims to form a strong and organized student community that contributes to achieving sustainable development 2030, indicating that the family uses the latest methods and systems to prepare students to achieve active participation in Egypt’s vision 2030, explaining that one of its goals is to qualify and train.
