Kafrelsheikh University Coordination Laboratories receive 250 Students

 The President Prof. Dr. Abdelrazek Desouky confirms today, Friday, 12/8/2022, that the electronic coordination labs for the coordination of high school at the university receive successful high school students, to help first-year students register their desires in accordance with the regulations approved by the Supreme Council of Universities, and answer their inquiries regarding registering their desires to enroll in universities with the application of all preventive and precautionary measures to ensure distance and wear masks to prevent the Corona virus, from Thursday, 11/8/2022 until Monday, 15/8/2022, from nine in the morning until three in the afternoon, and the service will be operated During the duration of each coordination stage, in the interest of the university to communicate with the surrounding community and in the belief in the role of the university in serving the community.

The president states that the university administration has developed a plan to register the coordination of universities for the academic year 2022/2023, and the laboratories and halls that provided the services of the coordination office were equipped via computers, which were equipped to register the desires of students inside the halls of the coordination office in the Faculty of Specific Education, and the number of students reached, yesterday and Today, 250 students.

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abd El-Aal, Vice President for Education and Students’ Affairs, says that four laboratories have been allocated to receive students, in order to provide comfort for all students during the process of registering desires, and a committee has been formed that includes a number of staff members and employees to receive students, as well as helping them by giving them a turn and waiting in the designated yards.

The Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education, and the general supervisor of the electronic coordination laboratories for the coordination of high school at the university, Prof. Dr. Amany Shaker, explains that the coordination office witnessed, since the first day, a turnout from first-stage students to register their desires and inquire about coordination and the mechanisms for selecting desires in the correct manner.

 

Dr. Shaker says that the president directs to provide means of support and care for students during registration of their wishes, with the presence of specialists to answer students' inquiries and provide support and facilities to them, stressing that she expects to receive more students during the next stages of coordination, noting the commitment of all students applying for coordination with precautionary and preventive measures in implementation of the plan of the University.
